Spinach, Goat Cheese, Beet & Walnut Salad Recipe

Walnut Salad Recipe


  • 5 ounces of organic spinach
  • 4 ounces of organic goat cheese, crumbled
  • 4 beets, cooked and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup organic walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil


  1. In a large bowl, add spinach and sprinkle in goat cheese and walnuts
  2. Next, add sliced beets and drizzle with olive oil, then vinegar
  3. Toss with tongs to incorporate all the dressing, making sure all is coated evenly
  4. Serve
