Mashed Cauliflower Recipe


  • 2 tablespoons grass fed, organic butter
  • 4 tablespoons organic, grass fed heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 6 cups organic cauliflower florets


  1. Over high heat, using a steamer basket, steam the cauliflower until soft, about 8 minutes.
  2. Drain cauliflower of any excess water and add to food processor.
  3. Add salt, cream, butter, pepper, and puree completely.
Makes 4 servings
