- 2 tablespoons grass fed, organic butter
- 4 tablespoons organic, grass fed heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 6 cups organic cauliflower florets
- Over high heat, using a steamer basket, steam the cauliflower until soft, about 8 minutes.
- Drain cauliflower of any excess water and add to food processor.
- Add salt, cream, butter, pepper, and puree completely.
