The Ultimate Avocado Shake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1/2 cup Full Fat Grass Fed yogurt
  • 1/4 cup Grass Fed, (Vanilla or Chocolate) Organic Whey protein powder
  • 2 tsp Swerve Sweetener or granulated erythritol
  • 1 1/4 cup Organic, unsweetened almond milk or Organic Grass-fed whole milk
  • A handful of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Cut avocado into chunks and add to blender.
  2. Add protein powder, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and ice.
  3. Blend all together until smooth.

Drink and enjoy!
