Bone Broth Recipe


  • 2-4 pounds raw chicken or beef bones, organic & pasture raised
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 gallon filtered water
  • 1 organic onion, cut into chunks
  • 1 head of garlic, broken into cloves and smashed


  1. Simmer bones in water and vinegar at least 5 hours. The bones will soften, and the vinegar helps release minerals into the broth.
  2. When broth is cool, skim the fat, drain and store the broth in ziplock bags, in the freezer.
