Summer Fruit Salsa Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cantaloupe
- 1 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup craisins (dried cranberries)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Grated zest from 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root
- 1 small jalapeño, seeded and minced
Directions:
- Combine ingredients in a bowl, mix well
- Cover, and refrigerate
