Chlorella Pineapple and Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

• ½ cup of baby kale
• ½ cup of spinach
• ½ cup of pineapple
• ½ squeezed lemon
• 1 banana
• 1 chopped apple (granny smith or red delicious recommended)
• 1 tsp of coconut oil
• 1 tsp of hemp seeds
• ½ cup of coconut milk
• ½ – 1 tsp of chlorella (start small and work your way up)
• ½ cup of water (or to desired consistency)

Directions:
