Spinach, Goat Cheese, Beet & Walnut Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 ounces of organic spinach
- 4 ounces of organic goat cheese, crumbled
- 4 beets, cooked and cut into slices
- 1/2 cup organic walnuts
- 4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
Directions:
- In a large bowl, add spinach and sprinkle in goat cheese and walnuts
- Next, add sliced beets and drizzle with olive oil, then vinegar
- Toss with tongs to incorporate all the dressing, making sure all is coated evenly
- Serve
